Support during periods of change, uncertainty, or feeling stuck. Life transitions, expected or sudden, can bring up a mix of emotions, including confusion, anxiety, sadness, or even a loss of identity. This may include career shifts, relationship changes, relocating, entering a new phase of life, or navigating decisions about your future.

This space also holds room for grief and loss. Grief is not limited to the loss of a loved one; it can also show up in the ending of relationships, shifts in identity, unmet expectations, or life not unfolding the way you hoped.
