Therapeutic Approach:

My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and cognitive processing theory (CPT) while also incorporating psychodynamic and systems principles to explore deeper patterns and underlying experiences.

I approach therapy through a culturally informed and identity-conscious lens, recognizing the impact of cultural background, racial identity, and lived experiences on mental health and overall well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on developing insight, strengthening coping strategies, and improving day-to-day functioning. Together, we will work toward increased clarity, emotional awareness, and meaningful, sustainable change.
